Hi, I'm John Choboian, founder and principal of Max Mortgage, and offer you over 25 years of lending experience in the Denver Metro Market.

I graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in accounting. Then worked 4 years in public accounting and received my Certified Public Accounting license, CPA. 

I began a career in mortgage lending in 1995.  I found it to be a very rewarding,  so I  started Max Mortgage in 1999.   The motivation  was to create a mortgage company that provides exceptional service and products. 

My goal  is that you enjoy home ownerhsip at the lowest possible cost. 

When we meet will discuss your homeownership objectives.   Then we'll review  your loan options and select the best product and lowest rate by  searching my list of wholesale lenders.
 
Once you're under contract I'll do technical charting of mortgaged-backed securities with the help of the "MBS Highway" platform. This way we can time the interest rate market at its lowest. Then lock in a great interest rate.
